I bought this system because of the price point and that it is wireless. I was truly unsure what to expect, but I have been wowed! The cameras are really easy to install and connect to the base without any effort and have excellent video quality. I did have an issue with the HDD that turned out to be an easy fix thanks to Yvette in Firstrend customer service. My experience with service has been first rate. I recommend with out a doubt.

I installed the system and interfaced with a Netgear wifi router. When I upgraded to a newer faster ORBI router the Firstrend dropped offline. We received these cameras and installed them only to realize one of the cameras wasn’t working properly…The picture was all pink. I called the seller and they were very quick to research the problem and immediately sent a replacement. Great team to work with.

Purchased this 4 camera system to install at a business that gets the occasional trespasser or vandals. Needed something to keep an eye on place especially at night and some footage for the police if something did happen.
