The system picture quality is excellent and the zoom feature is very useful. The audio is good, but it works best when closer to the camera. This camera does not have intercom feature. What is the best feature is it's wireless, which is so helpful. While each camera must be plugged into electric, the pictures and audio are received via WiFi which is so great. I would give it zero stars if I could. This product is absolutely worthless. Do not believe the five star ratings!1. The cameras did not connect if they were more than 30’ away even in open space. We had one camera literally 7’ away from the nvr but on the outside of a brick wall and it continuously dropped connection. All four cameras couldn’t connect at the same time. Once set up, it was easy to view live and history video on monitor. Motion alert and 24 hours of recording is excellent. You can see simultaneous history viewing from multiple screens. I really liked using this system with a monitor but not with my iphone. It doesn't stay online and keeps dropping off. That was very frustrating so I returned it. Five stars for the customer support person Abby, five stars for NVR viewing on monitor, and four stars for playback on iphone.

I bought this and we set it up first thing we noticed it said there was color night vision but there’s no night vision at all and it was just pure dark. After that the cameras were offline as said in the app but there working fine on the NVR. The troubleshooting didn’t work. And also I didn’t want push notifications and the app kept sending me notifications. Then when I wanted low light for the cameras it put its maximum brightness. And it never records. Bought 6 cameras system after 7 months, need replacement camera for not functional. Did not contact by phone instated through e-mail, It save a lot of time and frustration. Next day got answer by e-mail plus text messages from Abby, Tonton's service department . Very friendly and helpful. I recently purchase an 8ch system with 4x cameras. I have installed them and are functional since the early set-up. Cameras are all outside and at about 10-15 meters from NVR unit. So far cameras are working just fine. I even tested connection from 1,200 KM distance while travelling and pictures are very clear and connection to my iphone no problem. Night vision is just clear. My plan is to expand to 6x cameras in the short future.So far I'm very happy with investment. I will report back to add

Had this for a few days and so far I'm liking it. Customer service is excellent! They helped me with some minor issues I had while setting it up. I've tried several security cameras and all were a disappointment. I definitely recommend Tonton!

I didn't like that I could not connect the base to my WiFi. I loved the cameras only needed a power outlet and they were good to go. The iPhone was able to view the cameras easily without a special router or anything. Perfect product and the perfect price.
