I used this to power my ResMed AirSense 10 and it did an impeccable job! No humidity or tube heat of course but I added a USB fan to the mix and I had power left over after 2 eight hour nights. Must use a converter but an easy search will deliver you to the right one. It was very light and much more compact than the batteries designed for CPAP use. I needed to power a video camera that was designed to connect to the 12v power in my RV. Running power to the location was difficult to access. I was able to connect this power supply. I only turn the power on when traveling. The drain on the battery has been negligible. My first unit lasted about 11 months. I have three lights drawing current from it -- a three-light 24V system I designed for my Super73 Z1. I get about two hours use out of it, so I use my lights when it gets too dark to see, obviously. I purchased this power cell for a heating project of mine, I have to say, this thing really delivers. I had a slight issue with the charging, and Their customer service was outstanding. They took care of the issue, and my heating project continues to be successful over a month later. Overall very satisfied.

I bought this to power my Garmin Striker 4 Fishfinder in BWCA/Quetico Wilderness. On our 7 day canoe trip we rand the fishfinder for 4-6 hours each day for all 7 days and when I got home it still showed 50% charge! Case is durable and comes with slow-rate charger to extend life of lithium cells. If you need to bring serious power with you without the weight then this is the best deal I have seen.

Great while it lasted. but when it quits it just quits. I've bought quite a few Talentcell battery packs. Yes. 2 years is okay, I guess, for this to last. but I would have thought it would have done better. I only use the pack to run a small audio amp on occasional gigs. Just got back from a 3-night backpacking trip where I used this battery pack to power my ResMed AirMini. I was able to get 23.5 hours of use with a pressure setting of 8-10, EPR of 2, while using an F30 mask.

They purposefully mislead & Lie! The name claims that this battery is a 22400mAh (or 22.4Ah) battery. It is not! It is only a 3.2Ah battery! That is what they should say, They even admitted to the lie in their answer to my question about the larger battery, 43Ah. Simply do the math. They lie.

We bought this along with the $15 Talentcell DC7406 cable (link below) to power an AirSense 10 CPAP while camping. We tested it from full charge until the battery died. With the humidifier turned off and no heat (ours does not have that option) this battery lasted about 10 hours. That is plenty for one night of usage, but will need charged each day. I ordered two of these batteries a year apart. Both worked great! After a long period of not using them, however, neither of them will charge. I've left both plugged in over night. They do not hold a charge anymore. It's a little disappointing.

The pack does work when charging so you can charge and use whatever 12v and USB devices are plugged in.
