I used this to power my ResMed AirSense 10 and it did an impeccable job! No humidity or tube heat of course but I added a USB fan to the mix and I had power left over after 2 eight hour nights. Must use a converter but an easy search will deliver you to the right one. It was very light and much more compact than the batteries designed for CPAP use. Plus its 100 mAh so it meet FAA requirements to fly with it. I just kept it in my CPAP case and it went right through security and customs in several countries multiple times. Just buy it! don't let the price fool you! It's an incredible battery. My brother has the 12v version that he used with his Phillips CPAP and he had the same successful experience
