From other reviews it was unclear if this battery (PB240A1) would work with a standard Resmed Airsense 10 (some say yes, some say no) so I decided to try it out and see. I wanted a battery that would work for very occasional (when the power goes out) use and be easy to travel with.This particular TalentCell battery is especially desirable for those who regularly travel since its capacity is under 100 Wh (meaning you can legally carry it on a plane, unlike TalentCell's larger capacity batteries that are more than 100 Wh). If you're not worried about that (e.g. you want a battery for camping) then their larger capacity batteries (PB240B2 and PB240B1) might be a better choice for more extended usage.In trying it out I paired this with this cable to connect the battery to the Resmed (plug one end into the 24V port on the battery and the other end into the Resmed):https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RFH6JQJI also turned humidity off in the Airsense settings (since that's the major power hog in the machine). If you have a heated tube you'd want to turn that off too.The Airsense ran all night without any problems. In the morning 3 of 4 LED lights on the battery were still lit up, suggesting this should be able to power the unit for multiple nights between charges. In my case the pressure was set between 7 and 13. Just to make sure maxing it out wouldn't be likely to cause issues I bumped max pressure up to 20 and ran Mask Fit, which ran perfectly fine, suggesting the battery should be able to deliver enough power to maintain that.So why have others not been able to get this battery to work with their Airsense? My guess is that instead of using the cable I mentioned, they're using the Resmed DC to DC converter and hooking that into the 12V output on this battery. According to the product description the 12V output only supports up to 2A of current (really, only 1A of current after converting to 24V) and that's probably not enough to run the Airsense. Meanwhile, the 24V output on the battery says it supports up to 3A of current, which is plenty to run the Airsense.There is one quirk in using the 24V output on the battery, though: According the product description it doesn't maintain a consistent 24V output, but rather somewhere between 29.4 V and 21 V (this probably means it outputs 29.4 V when fully charged and output drops to 21 V right before it shuts down due to low battery). This didn't affect device performance for me, but I'm really not sure how sensitive the Airsense is to the input voltage being a little off and if I was using the battery often I'd look into that before selecting a battery. In my case I'll probably use the battery sparingly since it's just around as a backup so in case the power goes out. I'll also try to keep the battery stored at about 3/4 capacity, which should be enough power to get through a night without issue, should help with longevity of the battery, and should get me closer to a 24V output when I use it.
