The system picture quality is excellent and the zoom feature is very useful. The audio is good, but it works best when closer to the camera. This camera does not have intercom feature. What is the best feature is it's wireless, which is so helpful. While each camera must be plugged into electric, the pictures and audio are received via WiFi which is so great. Also picture and all cameras can be accessed via cell phones, and one of the nicest features is that two people can access different cameras via their phones at the same time with the app. I have 8 cameras -Another nice feature of the App is that one can see 8 cameras at once and by clicking on any of them, it goes to full screen. Also any motion sends notification to cell phone which is so helpful and useful. Set-up is easy via computer with the app. When setting up on computer, once in the app, you simply plug in all cameras to electric and they automatically are located via WiFi. Then you simply install the cameras where you want them. Customer and Tech support are excellent. If any issues they are so helpful with fast response. I searched so many cameras systems trying to find the best wireless system before buying this one, and I can highly recommended this system. While the intercom feature is nice, generally it's not needed everywhere making this system perfect. I plan on adding two more cameras to this system that have intercom. Overall great system!
