I installed the system and interfaced with a Netgear wifi router. When I upgraded to a newer faster ORBI router the Firstrend dropped offline. Regardless of what I did to reconfigure to get online with the ORBI, I continued to receive error messages. Next, I began getting "No Available Storage for Recording" messages. I was able to find Firstrend customer service contact email and after a couple of exchanges that included emailing screen shots of the problem, the answer was: Turn off the power, open the NVR case, unplug the disc drive, reconnect, power up. Afterwards the storage message disappeared, and the NVR sent me through the set up procedure again. It is working now. Fingers crossed. The playback is difficult to manage as only one channel of eight can be played at a time. Thanks to Yvette at Firstrend.
