I was given two accounts for a month. I couldn't get them to do anything except try and sell me another product. I asked them if there was any other way of getting support, I was told I could buy more accounts. They never said why they didn't want to help me. When I finally managed to get ahold of someone who would answer my questions they kept asking "Why do you want to change the report format?". I kept saying "I don't want to change it, I just want to see it". The person on the phone refused to let me see the report. She wanted to give me a "solution" but I wanted to see the problem. So she gave me a new report which had changed the entire design and I still didn't understand why. I asked her to explain the differences between the old report and the new one and she didn't. Instead she kept saying "We have tried to improve it, now it's ready". I kept saying that I didn't want it improved, I wanted it fixed.
