The ability to integrate applications which helps us keep records of employee movement within our organization. We like that it integrates into more than just one application, allowing us to also track time spent away from desk/workstation. I do not find any downsides as we have been able to solve many issues with tracking employees who are out of their work station or cell phone usage. It does take some training but once you get used to using it, it makes life much easier when trying to manage these tasks. Tracking time spend at various locations and making sure they stay productive while there.
