To be honest I don't know why I am constantly asked to rate a product before or on the same day I receive it, even though my opinion would be a newbie. But in this particular case, although I have not received any delivery, I have been using this product a lot for many years and I like it very much. I'm an active 52 year old exercise rat who supplements 1-2 meals or snacks with a dream protein. With my hormonal shift I appreciate a clean product that is hormone free, low calorie, low carb, low sugar, but high protein and only 86 calories mixed with water and tastes great after a hard workout, even better in the form of a cocktail or with milk frozen fruit in a smoothie.
