The heel seemed a bit high at first, got used to it and became comfortable. Will not slip on wet, slippery surfaces at a 45° angle. Slightly thicker foresoles would have been better. I haven't run with a heavy backpack yet, but I will soon, the temperature is getting better. The lower path is deep enough to play golf. Laugh out loud. The fit was exact. Definitely worth the $20 price tag. Got camo and was surprised by the reflective rear heel and toe areas; not visible during the day but visible in the headlights and cars at night. As rough as I am with shoes I will be buying more next month; if the price stays the same. Also a good gift for someone who is not trashy.
