Review on Renewed SteelSeries Arctis 1 Wireless Gaming Headset with USB-C and Clearcast Microphone Compatible with Multiple Devices in Black by Chun Hee Kim ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It was a reasonable purchase, I will order more.

Bought in April 2022 for 7500, for use with PS5. I wanted arctis 7p, but I didn’t find it, there was a shortage with them. Then I thought about taking arctis 1p (supposedly specifically for PS5), but I didn’t even find in foreign forums what exactly is the difference between steelseries arctis 1 wireless and 1p wireless, and in 2022 1p is more expensive for some reason by as much as 3 thousand. In short, I ended up buying these on Ozone. I liked the sound in games, the positioning and immersion are excellent. But when there is a lot of bass (for example, a dragon from Demon Souls flies up and fires and destroys everything around), the headphones begin to “sand” unpleasantly. I'll try to play with the equalizer, maybe I can smooth it out. I won't say anything about the microphone, I haven't used it yet. In general, the headphones are cool for their price, I advise for PC and curling irons, but not for music.

Pros
  • Connectivity Landing on the head The sound in games is relatively good (details in the comments) Battery life Completeness of the box
Cons
  • Not suitable for music, the sound will not be very good (like cheap Chinese ones for 200) Bass is still a little "sandy" when there are a lot of them

Different pros: Comfortable, lightweight. Its cons: Sound quality is not a fountain, I had to install Dolby Atmos

Has some pros: Long battery life, fast charging, detachable microphone. With its cons: The sound from the microphone is "flat", but not essential.
