If anyone reads about this whisk you will find that it does its job better and works with the mixer much easier. Woman doing lots and lots of divinity during the holidays! She makes sweets for all the holidays every year. She is happy to use this 11 wire whip after reading about it. Hopefully this will reduce the number of mixer changes. She is now using the 600 Pro, her second in two years. We're deciding whether to ship the one she wore out last year or wait for another sale of the big 6-quart 600 Pro. I say it's not a lot to spend close to $700 a year, but she likes Mach. I should add that she also uses it for bread and rolls, so I think it really helps Dickens.
