This is a cute skirt. I usually wear a size 6 and ordered a medium size to add some length (18.25 inches). I was able to wear the skirt just below my natural waist to give it a little more length. I'm 5'5" and am glad I went the medium size for comfort and protection. The fabric is organza-like, doesn't stretch, and flows well without being too see-through (no need to slide). The Skirt came in 5 days The fabric 'might' have some 'stick' to give it 'body' so I'm hesitant to machine wash Expensive skirt for the price.
