Other reviewers have stated that it does not fit iPhone 13 mini but I can confirm that. I will say it is a very tight fit and it took about a minute with my 63 year old slightly arthritic fingers but I was able to get it in. Simply place one side of your phone in the case and slide in. The plastic quality is high and the edges don't bother at all when using the phone. The case also covers the volume buttons on the left side of the phone and the "wake up" button (referred to as the "side button") on the right side. The silent mode switch stays open, as it probably should, and the case doesn't interfere with that. No interference at all with the Lightning connector. The case is well made. This case should protect my new phone from scratches, unless of course I do something to the screen itself. The case is not designed to protect against that.
