ESSENTIAL FOR WORKOUT

I bought this item to wear to my college gym workouts. It was VERY annoying to hold the phone while running or put the phone somewhere while listening to music while exercising. Until I bought this and it is SOOO amazing I love it. This is REQUIRED for training/running. I have never had this product slip or move on my arm. There are 2 adjustable strap slots and it is very convenient. It should fit any hand size as the straps offer more flexibility. This product doesn't scratch my arm like many straps and I couldn't find a strap to hold my large iPhone 6 before! It's great that you can also access your phone through the transparent screen and I was able to put my iPhone 6 in the case. This product is perfect!
