This strap is a pain to change, you have to completely remove the front of the device. The strap has also been stretched enough to fit over the pulleys again by threading it through a small hole in the back of the device with sharp edges, be careful. If, like me, you are unsure of the direction of the belt routing versus the motor and idler configuration, there is a youtube video showing the entire process that I recommend you check out. It's not an impossible DIY task, but it does require some patience and some basic hand tools. It is also helpful to have an assistant hold the tape on top of the drum.
