My Occupational Therapist (OT), who is also my colleague and friend, suggested during a craniosacral session that I needed grounding, so I did some research. I read that amethyst promotes calm, balance and peace and decided this would be a good place to start. After choosing a few items on Amazon I chose this as my first health item and I'm so glad I did. It was packaged very well and it is evident that a lot of attention was paid to the packaging. It's real with the imperfections that give the stone its character, not the simulated monotonous purple glass pieces you can get elsewhere. I put it aside and put it on the next morning and went to work. I felt great all day like I was free. During the lunch break I didn't even feel like I needed coffee (at least :-). Coming home from work after a long day and still feeling great, it dawned on me that the amethyst might have something to do with it, as that was my only difference from other days. I felt the same the next day. The stones are a bit large and I usually prefer more delicate pieces, but I've had a few compliments and they were comfortable to wear. During my skull visit today, she said the crystals must be working for me as my blood flow is much better. I have many other Zenergy items saved to my wish list and hope to start a collection when I have some extra cash. I'm glad I opened up to wearing crystals!
