This product changed my life. I'm a busy mom and I don't have much time to get dressed in the morning. This flat iron makes my hair super smooth and super fast so fast. I use this every day! I leave the comb (albeit a removable one) and always point the arrows down. You can tell right away if you are using it incorrectly because when the comb is up it can pull on your hair. I only have to fill the tank once a week. I know I should use filtered water, but I don't. I haven't tried waves or curls with it yet - no time for me to try something new! This is the most efficient iron I have ever used and this is my personal opinion!
