Roomy pouch but enhancer looks unnatural
I'm 5' 10' 150-160 lbs and a small fits perfect. The pouch has plenty of room but the butt enhancer does not look natural in dress pants or dress shorts. Looks fine under jeans. Feels good on but you can only wear it with jeans and it look natural. Try the LEO Butt Enhancer but beware of super tight pouch.
