I like that we can customize our chatbot with different features depending upon what is most beneficial or relevant given each individual's situation (ease of use/customization). There are some things about it which could be improved - such as having an easier way to find information online when using their search feature.- The bot responds very slowly sometimes if there isn't enough data available from past interactions within its database; this may also cause confusion among users who think they've sent something but haven’t actually done so yet because other messages have been received first before theirs has had time arrive back through Chatpop! This helps us keep track how many people interact positively towards certain products & services offered via social media platforms e.g Instagram etc., giving feedback where necessary regarding any issues encountered during usage / purchase process(es) along those lines:- Providing customer service support across multiple channels including mobile apps, email.
