A good platform for connecting businesses and consumers

I like that we can customize our chatbot with different features depending upon what is most beneficial or relevant given each individual's situation (ease of use/customization). There are some things about it which could be improved - such as having an easier way to find information online when using their search feature.- The bot responds very slowly sometimes if there isn't enough data available from past interactions within its database; this may also cause confusion among users who think…

Excellent platform for sending newsletters, etc

This product has been great from day 1! They are constantly adding new features that make it easier than ever before with their customers service as well!! I honestly could not ask anything different or think of any dislikes about this program! We have had no issues whatsoever using shoppop so far! Amazing customer support and they also offer free training when needed too - which is awesome. You can send out mass emails without having to pay extra per email sent. Also if someone replies back…
