My first DSP. I think it's worth the money to even out the timing and reduce the amount of RCA I have to get going. The remote activation of the sequence is pretty cool, but whatever. Separate control of gain and volume is good, but I think the main advantage is the time alignment. I haven't tried messing around with the equalizer, but I think that would be another important thing. I can hear the roar of the engine coming through the speakers, but I'm not sure why yet. DSP would be the third or fourth guess what the problem is. Update 08/14/2021: Even happier with this device as I now use all 8 channels and understand all its functions. I don't know how I got rid of the engine hum, but not from the chipboard. It disappeared after I bought new speakers and soldered everything. Crossovers are perhaps the most useful. I figured out how to set it up, which is nice. Now I'm taking full advantage of it. I just watched an RTA setup video on Youtube and used the iPhone app as the RTA while playing pink noise with an instrument on this DSP.
