The body brush did what I needed it to do. I got back from a 4 day camping trip and you know when you haven't showered in a while you get that dirt in the cracks of your skin making your skin look a little discolored? That's what I was dealing with. I used my usual buff puff to wash & used the body brush to get those discolored dirt spots. I did it's job. It didn't hold a lather very well after putting my body wash on it & kept slipping off my hand (I have small hands) but it worked on the areas I needed it to.The face brush, meh. It held a lather extremely well compared to the body brush but it kept slipping off my fingers (again, small hands). It also left a slight rash on my face. I tried it again the next day, same result, slight rash. BUT that might just be me, I might have sensitive skin on my face. Since I couldn't use it as a face brush I instead tried using it as a kind of foot exfoliator brush for the tops of my feet/toes & the divot near my ankle & it worked.
