I got this brush Feb 4th 2022. When I first purchased this brush it was great. However, not even 3 months later and it stopped charging. I’ve had it just over 90 days. It’s useless now and it’s too late to return.So I contacted the seller and after sending them a video showing proof of the brush no longer charging/working they replaced it for a new one. The new brush it’s working fine.

I love that it has the light therapy, and it comes with different heads to use on what kind of wash you are trying to achieve. The attachments are very difficult to remove from the device. Seller responded to review, and after providing more info, seller reimbursed the cost. STRONG Customer Service.

I absolutely loved this brush it cleaned my face so well, but suddenly it stopped working for me and for some reason it wouldn’t stay charged and the light would stay on, its a good product i was definitely disappointed it stopped working :(

Great brush works amazingly and the battery last long. But they shipped the wrong charger. I got a regular android charger but it doesn’t take that.

Great with good power! It’s way better than any other one I’ve used! I would definitely pay attention to which brush you are using I made the mistake of using the green for daily use (which is for more a a deeper clean and not for daily use) I charged it once and I’ve been using it about a week and a half and have had no problem!

This brush makes my skin feel so clean! I’ve only been using it for a few days and can see so much difference! I love it! The brush heads can create small cuts on the skin.

3 stars for missing piece. I was super excited to use my new face cleanser when I realized I was given the incorrect allotment of brush heads. Two greens? Zero blue. I won’t be able to know the difference between the two brush heads since they can’t seem to send me the missing piece.

I am 69, I wish I would have had this when I was a teen. My face was feeling rough wrinkled, and I have always had deep pores on my nose. After a week my skin is soft and my pores are clean and seem to be dimming away. I only use once a day, someone younger could use twice a day. Caution do not use in one area of your face for very long for you will scrape/ almost burn your skin.

This has been the first electrical cleansing brush ever and I love it already. I’ve used it 3 times with the silicone head and it cleans my face amazingly! Definitely recommend it :)

This product is truly amazing and I don’t know what i would do without it it gives such a good deep clean and will literally take care of acne like a gem! Love the multiple purposes it has and how there are different applicators to switch out!

I am trying to get rid of the zits i have from wearing a mask for a year. My face is broken out worse than it every was as a teenager! I have only use this product twice, I know it feels good! I hope it helps!

Well this product works so I'm not going to be to hard on it.Seriously, the motor seems to be 80 yrs old man or something every spining makes noise crying for breath. If the manufacturer replace with a better motor that spins stronger power or gives you the level of chose on the power it would be worth of getting it.

I honestly love this brush I’ve bought it 2 times so far however this time I bought it I only charged it once and I was unable to charge it again. I’ve reached out to the people who sent it to me and they have yet to respond. If the communication was better with the manufactures this would definitely be a 10/10!

Stopped working. Works great, while charging! I can see water droplets and in the power indicator lights cover. And upon further inspection, cracks at the screws points under the brush head.

Does a decent job, but not nearly as well as the Mia I had, however, much easier on my wallet. Tooks some getting used to the control button as I kept shutting it down at first. It's nice that it comes with replacement heads.

When I barely touch the brush to my face, even as light as I possibly can, the brush almost completely stops turning. It is fully charged (on the charger for 24 hours) and I'm using it on the deep clean cycle. The gentle cycle is even worse. Not worth the money, at all.
