These work very well at removing blackheads. My husband likes to use the sharp, pointed tool to the push into he pore of deep acne. It definitely is effective, but I would never do this myself, and would only leave that to a professional. The tools are very sharp and can cause damage/scarring, so use caution and don’t over pick! Good product for certain comedone. Open comedones (black heads) can work great for w the correct pressure downward before squeezing. closed (white heads) I do not advise this tool for it as all you are doing is creating irritation to the area. You will think you "popped" the white head but in fact you are not getting all the irritation and "white head" substance out. leaving a deeply irritated area the following day that will most likely present worst than prior to popping it.

I've seen this design of tweezers in several YouTube videos, so I thought I'd give them a try because these were cheap. In this case, you definitely get what you pay for. They're somewhat flimsy, and the overall design is difficult to us. I've tried to use them on my husbands nose on numerous occasions, but they just don't seem to work like the videos had shown. Maybe it's me, and I just haven't gotten the hang of it. I use a lighted magnifying mirror to make sure that I can see what I'm doing.

This tool is great! Works very well. I'm very happy with my purchase. I also received this item in the mail quickly. I would definitely recommend this tool for anyone who hates blackheads or hers breakout often. I don't get very many breakouts, but just like everyone else I get blackheads on and around my nose area. This tool has been great.

It's an alright product, I admit that I thought I would have a use for the weird whitehead tweezers but, nope. I don't use them at all. The sharp lancing tool gets the most use, super convenient for opening up pores for easier extraction.

I was able to get blackheads out, but not without stretching my skin and leaving scabs. You do have to push down quite hard, which, unfortunately allows more fluid than just the blackhead to come out. And that in turn leaves a scab. It will scar you. It does hurt and it's very, very sharp. I believe it's made for people with immensely bad acne.

These resistance loops are "okay", definitely not great. The extra heavy black band is more like a medium band. These might be useful for someone who doesn't have much strength (like in physical therapy setting), but they definitely aren't "heavy" enough for people of normal strength who want to use them for weight training workouts.I'm a 6' 130lb woman and my main forms of exercise are yoga and running. I am in no way shape or form a super strong person.

Works as designed. If you've seen the video on Facebook it from a zoomed in angle. The tool is small than what it appears however I routinely use the tool. I would have liked a slightly larger tool.

I love this for getting out clogged pores and blackheads and it does what its supposed to as described.however, if you arent diligent with using this consistently, they will just clog again. I'm going to try using once per week to see if that helps. Do not use when you have to go somewhere the next day because it leaves red marks until the next day--at least it did for me.

This set is a piece of junk! Whatever material it is made of easily breaks apart, bends unnaturally, and doesn’t actually function in the way of a promise. The tools are made well in surgical steel with a hard plastic case for storage. I must not know how to use them because I am not getting the same result as I saw in the video.

The blackhead device doesn't work well for me when it comes to removing the blackheads. However, it's great for everything else I small round tweezers for.

I wanted something that would help me pop those pesky pimples in hard to reach places and these tools do the trick they are so easy to clean and use

These things are amazing! My only complaint is that it's hard to see really up close if you don't have a magnifying mirror, because you have to stand so far away from the mirror to get the flat part of the tweezers on your face. BUT it's such a great alternative to pinching white and blackheads - just make sure you clean them after every use!

this tool is great for thick, waxy blackheads, but for smaller ones, the other tool that came with it worked better for me. But for the price, it is an awesome alternative than the dermatologist. I would not try it for acne--that truly needs professional care.

Wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. It works okay I guess but I would prefer you only buy this product if you have bad acne. I really only break out in my "T" zone which is mainly my nose and nose area and sometimes my forehead and it didn't do much good for me but everyone is different. It could have worked better though.

These 2 tools are essential for milia removal and will definately make less hard to remove unsightlies and splinters very easy. Stop squeezing and bruising! These tools make it easy for the novice.

The tweezer thing doesn't work like the photos - but maybe because I don't have severe blackheads. The looped extractor is my favorite tool - though you can save some bucks and use a bobby pin for the same purpose. Regardless, do not use too much pressure or you risk damaging your skin by popping blood vessels or scarring.
