You need to know how to use w applied pressure
Good product for certain comedone. Open comedones (black heads) can work great for w the correct pressure downward before squeezing. closed (white heads) I do not advise this tool for it as all you are doing is creating irritation to the area. You will think you "popped" the white head but in fact you are not getting all the irritation and "white head" substance out. leaving a deeply irritated area the following day that will most likely present worst than prior to popping it.
