These work very well at removing blackheads. My husband likes to use the sharp, pointed tool to the push into he pore of deep acne. It definitely is effective, but I would never do this myself, and would only leave that to a professional. The tools are very sharp and can cause damage/scarring, so use caution and don’t over pick! The hoop tool is excellent at removing blackheads in the nose area. I don’t find the tweezers particularly effective, it works best for me to push out the blackheads with he hoop side and then, if needed, I pull them out with my own tweezers since they have better precision and are sharper. I know many people use them for blackheads, but it just wasn’t effective for me. The only thing I don’t like is that the case doesn’t fit the tools once they are opened, and since they are pretty sharp, I have to be careful to store them in a place where I’m not going to reach in and stab myself :)
