I believe it's made for people with immensely bad acne.
I was able to get blackheads out, but not without stretching my skin and leaving scabs. You do have to push down quite hard, which, unfortunately allows more fluid than just the blackhead to come out. And that in turn leaves a scab. It will scar you. It does hurt and it's very, very sharp. I believe it's made for people with immensely bad acne.
