i like the look of this backpack but the padded part of the strap is not on my shoulder and the thin part suffocates me sometimes when i walk with it, also the whole backpack goes at dress to the side. Everything in the outside pocket will fall out, if you forget to zip, you can't take a water bottle, it will fall out. I'm 5'7" on average and wanted something I could carry to work, something I could quickly sling over my shoulders to free my arms. I sincerely regret this purchase.
