Update: The printer does not recognize the ink cartridge. Won't work at all. The return is via UPS, indicating that the cartridges were returned to the manufacturer on 06/18/2020. It's been two weeks and we haven't seen a refund - we're still waiting. Good product if the cartridges work. Very good prices when they work. Unfortunately, our new printer apparently had to go through a firmware update during setup. Customer service so far has been quick and excellent. Gave three stars - if there is a refund I will update the reviews.
