Review on AEM 21 451C Metal Intake System by Adam Jenkins

Overall I am completely satisfied with my air intake for my Ford Focus SVT but there was a small inconvenience during installation. I opened the box and proceeded with the installation, but at the very end of the installation I found that the screws they sent to install the MAF sensor on the upper intake manifold were too short. Luckily I had another car and was able to run to my local Lowes store to find a suitable replacement. Otherwise, installing this part was easy. Nice fit and finish. Initial performance impressions are minor mid-range improvements. The overall sound isn't much louder than some of the reviews I've read. The only new sound I noticed was a slight whine under hard acceleration, reminiscent of a turbine whine. Absolutely recommendable.
