Serviceable product but I'm very disappointed. It appears to be well formed but the bars do not twist. I hope for a refund. If you really want them, get a threading machine set, clean the threads and enjoy. Otherwise you play with the bs that I currently have. Positives: - Paint is clean, plastic platform holds onto rods securely, rods fit tripod, level glass and bubble are visible - Rods seem to align well when screwed in. Cons: - the bag arrived with some tears - can't separate the three bars and they didn't even fully connect. - The threads started to bind and when I tried to unscrew them they became more connected and got stuck forever. I don't know how much torque it takes to break them. I can't keep them in my bag as they don't unscrew items. It's 2021, not 1960, not 1890, we have a few hundred years to perfect metalworking. It is unacceptable that this company cannot understand this. **Update 09/17/2021** We received a replacement but the shipping box was badly wrinkled, the bag has the same scuffs as in the previous photo, the zipper is jammed. So instead of ripping the bag or breaking the zipper, I'm sending this back. Good luck to everyone who orders this item.
