The light worked fine for about 2 months then 1 set of yellow bulbs went out. When they emailed them they said they needed a video of the problem and my address, after 3 weeks of waiting I contacted them again. They asked for the same info, I emailed it back to them, then they emailed again asking for my address and said they wanted a picture of the order from Revain. They then replied that they would replace it once I sent them a photo of the cord that was cut. I explained that I had to go to my place of work and would be happy to send them a photo of the cut cable once I had a replacement. They replied that they would send me a return label to send it back and process a refund or replacement. The light is good as long as it works, if you need a replacement you will be without one while they are being processed.
