We have been using this software for about 1 year now from its initial release in March of 2018, we have made several enhancements to it since then as well including customizing our own fields with their knowledge base support team.
The customer service has always exceeded my expectations! They don't mess around when you need them most!! I wish there was an easier way to keep track of your account activity but they are working hard trying to fix those issues! If anyone is looking at getting into Salesforce or any other CRM program than look no further than Microsoft's solution. Their service goes above & beyond anything else out there currently by far.
