I managed to get away with this as my carry-on bag for a Europe trip (WOW Airlines requires a strangely small carry on bag - this is a good size). But it basically gets you by with the bare minimum. If my luggage was lost, I'd be in trouble by day 3.It is great quality though and a good staple to have though I recommend it more for a day trip. I brought it with me to a wedding in Boston that I drove to from work. I packed 1 pair of heels + summer flats, pjs, outfit for next day, bathing suit, blow dryer, curler, roll brush, comb, a medium sized toiletree bag and a full makeup bag.You really can't pack more than 1 pair of normal sized shoes - you can get away with 2 pairs of shoes in the summer if 1 pair is a flat pair of sandals.
