The bag is great for travel and for everyday use. Size is nice, fits my computer and then some. My issue is that two of the four prongs at the bottom broke off after the 2nd time I used the bag. I can't put the bag anywhere bit on the floor for fear of it ripping fabric. I don't like to put my bags on the floor. This is a major inconvenience. If not for this I would have loved the bag.

The is a pretty nice bag. It's spacious, and seems to be good quality. I like the large handles, and the flat bottom. It would be nice to have a padded laptop compartment -- there's not much structure inside. This is an awesome bag! The fabric is very nice, and looks to be water resistant. My all-time favorite feature for this bag is the long strap. It is made of a seat belt material (very sturdy!) There is a handy compartment for my passport, another for my IPAD, and one for my phone. It made it so easy to find things in such a large bag. I LOVE THIS BAG. It is exactly what I needed especially for traveling overseas. It has room for my small to medium handbag, and whatever else I can fit in my personal carry piece. Nice bag, albeit if not filled flops in on itself.Wish it had some structure to keep itself up without it being filled. I suppose though I’ll have it filled when I travel. I purchased this bag to replace one that was falling apart. It needed to be unisex so my husband would be willing to carry it. It had to have multiple pockets and be able to withstand multiple trips per year. After much searching, I settled on this bag. I purchased this bag two and a half years ago and it’s still holding up strong. I originally purchased it for when I travel cheap airlines (Spirit, Frontier, etc) for an easy under the seat bag that would hold everything I need for a 3-5 day trip. Do I have to pack savvy? Yes. I managed to get away with this as my carry-on bag for a Europe trip (WOW Airlines requires a strangely small carry on bag - this is a good size). But it basically gets you by with the bare minimum. Everything was as expected except it kind of stains easily. I used it for travel and my biggest problem was that the laptop sleeve isn't stitched tight or something--when I add the laptop, even when I seal the Velcro flap, instead of standing up, the sleeve sags into the bag. My laptop is pretty lightweight too, so overall I'd say it's a good bag but the laptop sleeve isn't useful.

Good bag. It is just the right size to hold both a good-sized purse and a separate bag that contains my headphones, iPod, and Kindle for travel. I used this bag as a purse for my recent European trip. I loved the fact that I could easily slip it over the handle of my carry on bag. Lots of room! I am a flight attendant and purchased this bag to use while working. The size, style and functionality are exactly what I need. It’s especially nice that it slips Onto a roller board handle. As I just purchased a bag I did not know about the durability yet however based on my use I am not expecting it to last more than six months or so. My thought is that it is great for travel but not for constant travel.

The stated 11" height is misleading at best. The bag is actually only 8" high because the top 3" of height is sewn down at each end to create a flat top gusset (see my photos).
