The stated 11" height is misleading at best. The bag is actually only 8" high because the top 3" of height is sewn down at each end to create a flat top gusset (see my photos). The storage capacity of this bag is a whopping 30% less than stated! The way it is sewn down on the ends also makes the interior less accessible than expected, but that's a minor quibble. On high note, the fabric and overall construction are sturdy and attractive, the sleeve on the back that slides over a suitcase handle is worth its weight in gold, and the 8" depth hits the sweet spot of more storage than a standard tote but still small enough to fit under a plane seat.*** Additional comment *** After reading this review about the misleading measurements, the seller emailed me to offer a 20% refund of the purchase price. So two thumbs up for ECOSUSI's customer service. I'm hoping they will also change the item description to correct the stated height for future buyers.
