As a newly minted flight attendant for a regional airline, this fit the bill for plain black luggage that was affordable — a requirement of the job. I no longer work for the airline but I still love this bag.I leave my keys, phone, IDs, and anything else I need to have readily accessible, in the external pocket of the carry-on sleeve thingie. Genius detail!I’ve docked one star because the zipper handle broke off within a few months of use. I looped a key ring through the zipper to make it functional but it ain’t pretty.PSA: Flight attendants, especially at regional airlines (which are contracted to operate under the big guys to fly smaller planes to smaller cities), barely make a living wage for very demanding, rarely rewarding work. Please be extra nice to them. You might even get a free drink out of it. ;)
