The ability to view all of our inventory in one place - both incoming product from customers as well as outbound orders that are shipped or returned by carriers such as UPS/USPS etc..
Easy integration with other applications like Sage 50 Accounting software makes it easy work between multiple departments within my organization without having issues when comparing data across accounts. I wish there was more reporting tools available so we could pull up custom reports quicker than going into each department's own system individually but overall this has been very helpful! It allows us access any where at anytime via web browser which helps keep everyone connected throughout different time zones while working remotely due its cloud-based nature.
