The best thing about H&C is that they are very friendly to their customers. They will really listen to you when it comes time for making decisions regarding your project needs. The user interface of H&C's Revit API plugin was very easy to use. It saved us tons of time in creating complex models for our clients' buildings. Also, they are always there when you need them! We used their service every two weeks for our projects, which made it easier than managing an internal team. They are very knowledgeable about how to use AutoCAD properly which can be very helpful for someone that's just starting out with it.
