When I opened this article I found it very clever in its simplicity and execution. It's basically an LED light bulb with a switch and a clear plastic tube that absorbs light as it passes through the plastic. The plastic tube is easy to cut to fit your dog's neck. It works well in flash mode and steady light mode. The downside is that if you only plan on putting this on your dog temporarily when he goes out at night like we do, it's going to hurt a little to take it off and put it on. If you plan on leaving it on all the time, then it's probably fine. Also, for very small dogs like ours, the plastic is very thick in relation to their neck size. Although probably suitable for medium to large dogs.
