I made a purchase on April 19 and received a wifi Hoover as part of the deal; this is the best thing that could have happened. I just now made the decision to make a remark. When I first opened the box containing the vacuum cleaner, I was impressed because not only was everything packed, but the company had also given serious consideration to how beneficial it would be to use every area in the box. Tetris is a game that everyone who helped create the packaging for the product enjoys. I mostly make use of two brushes for cleaning: one with a soft roller, and another that is a miniature electric brush that I use for cleaning the sofa. The first one has no grievances to lodge. On the other hand, the second attempt is not quite as successful. Even though it was developed specifically for cleaning wool, there are issues with wool in general. It becomes quite entangled at the base of the roller, and if the friction is high enough, it may even start to catch fire. When I smelled the smell of burnt wool for the first time, that's when I first recognized this. At this point, in the course of a single cleaning, you are required to pull the brush apart and remove the wool from it multiple times, which, to put it gently, is not a very convenient process. If this is not done, then the brush drive might just fail due to the added resistance, and I'm worried of that happening. The location of the issue is illustrated by the photo. There have been no complaints received regarding the effectiveness of this brush in terms of cleaning because the wool catches quite effectively. The vacuum cleaner is awesome, it has a decent amount of autonomy, and I do most of my cleaning at a medium level of power, which is plenty for the eyes. I do not have any regrets about purchasing it, but the small brush did not live up to our expectations, and in that spot I would put a seal.
