I bought what I thought was gold shoe polish for a pair of Sam Edelman women's gold loafers that had the gold peeling in the creases. Cream, not a polish you can squeeze out of an old-fashioned bottle of shoe polish. I applied with a lint free cloth but the cream does not stick to the shoes. When I requested a return, the seller informed me that they would not pay for the return shipping and would charge a 20% restocking fee; I should have read the return policy more carefully. You don't have to go through all this trouble just to get a few bucks back. I'd rather try polishing my shoes with gold nail polish, gold metal marker, or even spray paint! So disappointed.
