Review on AKARMY Men's Outdoor Military Tactical Pants: Rip-Stop Camouflage Cargo Work Pants with Multiple Pockets by Aaron Jensen

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Hip-hugger tactical pants? These give you plumbers-crack without bending over!

I purchased these for gardening and hobby farm work, not paintball or weekend warrior stuff. The cut of these is laughable. Perhaps these were designed for women? There is no way to squat or bend without crushing "the boys." These are worthless unless you plan on wearing suspenders - they fall off even with my belt tightened as tight as I can make it.Pants with knee protectors (WHY I bought these) typically have a bungee cord designed into them which allows you to adjust the knee pad height for maximum comfort. My other similar pants have a separate pocket, and the cord comes out of a hole at the top of the pocket, so the pocket itself is still usable. These incredibly poorly designed pants instead have webbing which goes through a HOLE AT THE BOITTOM OF THE MAIN POCKETS. No, keys won't fall through them, but small objects less than an inch in width will fall straight through the pockets. This could easily have been remedied by simply moving the hole in the pocket up higher with a buttonhole stitch to reinforce it, but that would have cost $0.01 more in Chineese slave labor, I suppose.Look elsewhere. Buy American, not Chinese cr@p.

Pros
  • Durable rip-stop fabric for long-lasting wear
Cons
  • The pants are not suitable for climbing or scrambling on rocks and rough terrain
