I use this along with other Urnex products (Cafiza and Grindz) after watching various YouTube videos on regular maintenance/cleaning of the Breville Barista Express 870XL machine. My machine started to run really bad after about 12 months of use (1-2 double shots a day). During that time I have only used Breville cleaning tablets and changed the water filters as instructed. After thoroughly cleaning the machine (as detailed in the manual) with all Urnex products including those listed above, the machine now runs like new. Now I use Cafiza powder to clean my car once a month. Next time I change the water filter I'll probably use a descaling powder (Dezcal) just as a preventive cleaning measure. Good cleaning and these products literally brought my Breville back from the dead.
