Ideal for simple exercises. I'm an old man and I ride an old bike. Made from steel, not carbon fiber. No spandex, no logo jersey, no clip-on pedals. But these shoes are amazing, they are MUCH better than just riding in tennis shoes. Light on my feet and they have greatly improved my power transfer and riding experience. I'm glad I got them.
