Ok hold me, this might get long. So for $90 it has all the features you need in an AM4 board. Bios functions are basic but not bad. Has all the necessary features. It doesn't have basic overclocking features or anything like that, but if you want to overclock and squeeze performance, you wouldn't go for this board. Channel RAM. (I know, crazy right?) Such a huge benefit of this board supporting the RAM I have. I'm not a big fan of software or hardware science, so I can't tell you if it's better or worse than the other board, except; 1) It works, 2) it's compatible with my current setup, 3) it's brand new in a box that costs less than $100. Current Configuration: Ryzen 7 1700, Ripjaw 16GB 3000, RX460. Not a brutal rig, but it only plays Diablo 3, so it works perfectly. Only con is really a personal dissatisfaction. The I/O shield has two tabs that fold back over the LAN port and one of the USB ports.
