Had to return this item for several reasons 1. The control panel at the bottom of the page is not what you get, you get a bigger, bulkier and cheaper one. 2. The key fob remote control didn't work properly c and D button seem to have the same function (turn device on and off), but the flat card remote control works perfectly when you insert the battery. I didn't have a cone with one. In principle, water or moisture can and will penetrate. The only good thing about this item was the instructions on how to use the remote control. BTW, if you buy one, the blue wire goes to the + positive brake wire.
