So I love this product. I got a clear idea of what's in the picture when I was expecting black, but I really don't care. The suction cup works well, the different positions I can place my iPhone in are helpful, and I make sure my phone is very secure in the clear hard case that I snap it into. In fact, I'm so sure I'm asking other users of this product how do you get your phone out?! I'm really new to Iphone and all related accessories. I love that my phone is secure, but when I'm done with the GPS and want to swap out the hard case for my cute Kate Spade rubber case, it's almost impossible. Is there a specific spot I should push, pull, or push? My kit came with no instructions. Not that it's necessary, everything else goes without saying. Feeling dizzy but still hoping for help.
